Olivia cheese knives are made by casting pewter around 18/10 stainless steel working ends that are finished by hand, without the use of any adhesives. The knives feature forged stainless steel blades, and all pieces are stamped with the signature hallmarks of the brand.

• Care: Hand wash recommended for longevity. Dry pewter completely, as water allowed to dry on pewter may cause spots. Any spots that appear can be easily removed by polishing or by gently rubbing the area in small circular motions with very fine “0000” steel wool
