Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Please note that items may become temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States.

Rugs and pillows are shipped via FedEx with signature required. All other orders are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by the shipping carrier. Undeliverable packages that are returned to Relish Decor will be refunded minus the original shipping fee.
If you incorrectly entered your shipping address during checkout and your order has shipped, we urge you to contact UPS or FedEx with your tracking number to correct your address as soon as possible. Relish Decor cannot act on your behalf with the shipping carrier.
You will be informed if an item is backordered by email to the address provided at checkout. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.
Custom & Special Orders
Special orders typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Special order merchandise is final sale.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
