Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We'll gladly accept unused merchandise in original selling condition for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging with a receipt. Items that do not meet this criteria are not eligible for a return.
All sale and clearance items, special orders, and merchandise that has been customized for you are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following products are subject to restocking fees:
- Rugs and Pillows: All eligible rugs and pillows are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returns. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free or discounted shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Clearance and sale rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Wallpaper: All eligible unopened, sealed wallpaper rolls can be returned and are subject to a 30% restocking fee on all returns. Opened and unsealed rolls are not returnable.

Returning In-Store Purchases
We will gladly accept returns of merchandise sold in-store within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit only.
Returning Online Purchases
Returns must be pre-authorized through our Returns Portal prior to sending merchandise back. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging using a trackable or insured shipping method as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to you. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once your return arrives at Relish Decor, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. If your items pass our quality control inspection, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free or discounted shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive the returned merchandise; you will be notified via the email address listed in your account once this transaction has taken place.
We are more than happy to help with an exchange if you are not happy with an item(s) or need assistance with fit or color selection. Email us at email@example.com for further assistance.
For an exchange, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order on relishdecor.com to ensure item availability. Please be aware that when exchanging items, you will be responsible for any new and/or additional shipping charges.
Did you receive the wrong item? If so, we are very sorry for the inconvenience! Please let us know in our Returns Portal and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. We will also issue you a prepaid return address label for your return. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment.
Did your order arrive damaged? Relish Decor ships all items fully insured. If you experience damage or breakage due to shipping email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the damaged product and shipping box condition to aid the claim process. Failure to provide this evidence will prevent a claim from being filed. Keep all shipping materials until the damage claim is complete.
