Chili Chocolate Bar

Momofuku's Chili Chocolate Crunch brings together two NYC icons. We collaborated with Raaka Chocolate - a Brooklyn-based chocolatier known for transparently traded, single-origin unroasted dark chocolate that preserves the bean's natural fruit notes. We melded their signature fruit-forward chocolate with Mexican chilis and garlic to achieve the savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors Momofuku Chili Crunch is known for. Filled with crispy puffed quinoa, topped with pink sea salt and sesame seeds. This "yes and" product is both savory and sweet, bright and full-bodied - each bite revealing new layers. Pairs perfectly with wine or coffee. Vegan, non-GMO.
